Why every sensible Nigerians should commend the rescue efforts of the abducted school children of Ogbomosho & Kwara residents

The safe return of the abducted teachers, principals and school children by terrorists in Oriire local government area, and also the returned of over 100 residents of Woro community, kaima local government of kwara state who spent almost six months in captivity, have sparked nationwide jubilation among well wishing Nigerians that have been praying for the safe return of the kidnapped children and pressuring the government across media spaces to do everything in it power to secure the release of those abducted pupils, staffs, villagers and others in the confinement of kidnappers  

The office of the National Security Adviser, led by Mallam Nuhu Ribadu and the combined efforts of the Nigeria  security establishments working collaboratively in ending banditry and terrorism in Nigeria, the Joint intelligence operations across different theaters of security operation is yielding positive outcomes, giving back confidence and impression that insecurity and other challenges the country is facing will soon become history. 

While insecurity is been politicized and weaponized as a tool of power negotiation from some quarters, the recent decisive onslaught and commitment of the Nigeria army and sister agencies providing necessary support and coordination in crushing terrorism, it financial promoters and logistics network across the Geo-political zones, these impactful  actions are now visible and the effectiveness of these strategies glaring from the recent results with promises of safer Nigeria through the proposal of the state police formation and the bill for creation of Geo- political zones government commission to administer and coordinate regional integration, collective development, security and cooperation. 

Blind criticisms without offering alternative approach in addressing issues breeds hatred and resentment, these emotions can lead to ingratitude and can demoralized our gallant soldiers, Police, Vigilantes and other volunteers who are sacrificing their lives, shedding their bloods and risking everything for us to be safe. undermining their efforts through social media denial of accomplishments and when commendation is substituted for condemnation, this could trigger a shockwave that could jeopardize their commitments and sincerity to future security actions.
