With the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that aims to curtail the global threat to Food, Good living, Gender equality, Quality education, Peace, Inclusive growth and other SDGs principle which is shaping the development of the global community across Private and Public Sectors
As a Positive change agent and Visionary leader, I designed the Agricultural Development Roadmap and Plan to curtail the imminent hunger crises and unemployment in Nigeria to solve the problem of food scarcity in the world through the formulation of the ONDO FOOD BANK.
My relentless efforts in establishing the Ondo Food Bank and it Workability by bringing together Youths across different gender to address the food scarcity and unemployment issues has become a case study in the field of Entrepreneurship, Capacity Building, Agricultural Revolution and Transformational Leadership.
In Nigeria, the Youths are not encouraged to go into farming because majority see Agriculture as a profession for the retirement age or retirement plan after years of service in other sectors.
With the Adoption of the S.T.T.I.A.R model (Skills, Talents, Technology, Intelligence and Agricultural Revolution) of the Rebuild Afrika Foundation, agriculture has been refined into attractive field with potential to end Active Youth Unemployment, Rising Food cost, Hunger and other hunger induced Social vices responsible for the Youths embracing crimes of different forms e.g Cyber crime, Theft, Armed Robbery, Kidnapping, Social Unrest, Thuggery e.t.c
