Education is what remains after one has forgotten what he/she learned in school.

Education is a foundation for the development and progress of any society. It is a base upon which the whole building of human development stands.


Lifelong learning implies that learning does not end when you leave a classroom or finish a degree. Rather, as you go through life it is essential for you to continually connect with other professionals to learn, to teach, and to share resources.


Education helps you develop critical skills like decision-making, mental agility, problem-solving, and logical thinking. People face problems in their professional as well as personal lives. In such situations, their ability to make rational and informed decisions comes from how educated and self-aware they are.


As educated people, we are considered as a valuable source of knowledge for our society. Having education helps us teach others morals, manners and ethics in dealing with others. An educated person is able to better interpret their environment, but also to recognize their rights due to the knowledge they acquired in school. it is much harder to manipulate an educated, well-informed person than someone who lacks education.


Acquiring new knowledge helps people to critically approach any information, because such people primarily rely on facts when they pass judgements about anything and in decision making regarding business, buying of stocks and other investment opportunities.

Proper education improves people's understanding of the world around them, making them less susceptible to the influence of others.


Neglecting of youths and failure of government to provide necessary social amenities to encourage education, capacity building and empowerment in Youth has contributed to cyber crime, brain drain through emigration, prostitution, human trafficking, banditry, terrorism in Nigeria.


The free education foundation laid by the late Chief Obafemi Awolowo in old western Nigeria (modern day Southwest Nigeria) gave the Yoruba ethnic group the development and progressive growth the region is enjoying today, Which is a major attraction for foreign Direct Investment and peace the region have enjoyed for many years.


As an award winning humanitarian and entrepreneur, who has been championing Positive reforms and empowering the people across different age group in Nigeria through the Rebuild Afrika Foundation (Samuel Egunjobi Empowerment Foundation) and other Humanitarian Organizations, I discovered that Nigeria and other sub-saharan african countries problems originated from miseducation and corrupt leadership.
