Ile-Ife, been the cradle of the Yoruba race and the historical place where the world originally began (according to source).

The recent launched of the ojaja soft drinks and beverages by the Ooni of Ife, his imperial majesty, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, ojaja II, arole oodua, who doubles as the Co-chairman of Nigeria Council of traditional rulers, have further consolidated his mark not just as a traditional ruler, but as a visionary and exemplary leader whose ambitions and intentions goes beyond mere ruling in the palace but to significant impacts that can yield innovation and drive sustainable development.

Over time, the Ooni of Ife have engaged the government and other international agencies on how to ensure favourable policies are formulated and executed to uplift the people and providing opportunities for the youths across the 6 Geo Political zones and 774 Local Governments that made up Nigeria.

His commitment to relentless development and advocating for better global society earned him an invitation to address the United States Congress and other officials during a historic visit to Washington D.C. in June 2016. An event organized by the Constituency for Africa (CFA) in conjunction with the Congressional Nigerian Caucus.

His global advocacy for youth development, people oriented government, unity in diversity, education, acccesible health for all, sustainable impacts, preservation of traditional values, customs and heritages, bridge building initiatives between Africans at home and Africans in diaspora earned him an invitation by the President of Brazil, Luis Inacio Lula Da Silva who decorated the king and gave him an opportunity to inaugurate the African Religion Day in Brazil with the Yoruba language gradually becoming an official lingual franca in the South American country.

His firm belief that local industries in Africa have the competence, human capital resources, access to raw materials, markets and technologies to become a global giant by contributing to international trade and actualization of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS).

The launching and introduction of the Ojaja drinks, a subsidiary of Ojaja business conglomerates have demonstrated that his vision and beliefs are now alive after rigorous research, underground work and dedication to support the government in curbing youths unemployment and expanding local production base through aggressive industrialization.

While some monarchs are enmeshed in scandals and engaging in petty politics of self preservation and personal aggrandizement without concern for their subjects, Ooni Enitan Ogunwusi (Arole Oodua) have carved his name and print on positive side of history.

With his recent achievements, advocacies, accolades and impacts across the private and public sector in Nigeria and outside the shores of West Africa, The Ooni of Ife has redefine the meaning of monarchy and has raised the standard for what visionary kingship should entails without sabotaging ancestral customs or eradicating traditional values for global acceptance.
