I want to appreciate the Board members and Directors of the African Brain Bank for inviting me as a guest and a role model for the African youths to speak on the implications of intellectual flight and Factors contributing to brain drain in Africa.

I pledged to the general growth and development of Africa through adoption and implementation of the development inverter model of the Rebuild Afrika Foundation which centres on the principles of the S.D.Gs( Sustainable Development Goals) and S.T.T.I.A.R (Skills, Talents, Technology, Intelligence and Agricultural Revolution) in ensuring capacity building, financial independence in women and youths in achieving a Sustainable African Society (SAS) and to stem active youths migration to other continent.
