The extreme passion of some players during friendly games baffles me sometimes, their hard tackle and grievances when they lose to the opponent, instead of them to embrace one another after the game, displaying the true spirit of sportsmanship rather than hatred and resentment.

I believe the fault lies with the coaching and management staff of each team, the behavior you tolerate during training will become your team identity in the open.

Coaches needs to do more in this regard and imbibe the loving spirit in the minds of their team players not to see defeat in a single game as failure in life or in their career nor as obstruction in their life path.
