Commander of Killer herders aspired to become a Senator under the Platform of APC in Taraba state

The president of miyetti allah cattle breeders who justified the killings of hundreds in Benue state and other states, Bello Bodejo is contesting the Taraba Central Senatorial seat on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Bello Bodejo and his group imported Fulani mercenaries into Nigeria from neighboring countries to come into Nigeria to conquer and possessed. over time, he defended the atrocities committed by French speaking herders in the North Central and justified the massacre of indigenous people of Nigeria by members of his group.

The Miyetti Allah group during the reign of Muhammadu Buhari between 2015-2023 committed crimes ranging from kidnapping for ransom, killing of security operatives, killing of innocent farmers, attack on churches, invasion of indigenous lands and massacring of inhabitants with Bello Bodejo as the president of the group.

Many concerned Nigerians have asked questions regarding the rationality behind the freedom of Bello Bodejo and the incarceration of Mazi Nnamdi kanu in Sokoto prison.

In 2024, operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) arrested him over alleged creation of a vigilante group in Nasarawa State but was later released for reasons many Nigerians are questioning.

His recent declaration and campaign under the platform of APC have raised eyebrows, criticisms and questions if the ruling party under President Bola Tinubu had become an enabler of terrorism and protector of criminals.
